Reception Intake September 2024

Welcome to Bolton Primary School's website and information for prospective parents.

Choosing a school for your child is one of the most important decisions you have to make. 

It is important that the school shares the same values that you do and that you feel that it is the best place to support your child's learning , safety and emotional well-being.

We would love you to come and visit us, please contact the school office to arrange a suitable date and time.

We also run transition sessions with Bolton Nursery Pre-school throughout the year. If your child attends the Pre-school at Bolton Nursery, they will spend time with the current Reception children in school. These transition sessions build up throughout the year. For more information, please contact school or Bolton Nursery. 

All children who are offered a place at our school in the Spring Term, will be invited to settling in sessions in the Summer Term. More information will be sent to families once places are confirmed by the local authority/admissions.
